A single point of technical contact, from survey to operation
Consulting & supervision
Wicell surveys the site itself, designs the Wi-Fi and camera system and supervises the installation — more than 20 years of experience helping you avoid the mistakes commonly made in design and delivery.
During the design phase
- Not understanding the project requirements well.
- Cursory initial survey and testing.
- A lack of practical experience and specialist knowledge.
- Unsuitable equipment recommended, or the wrong technology or device chosen.
- Not enough telecoms knowledge to advise the customer well.
During project delivery
- No detailed technical design.
- Installation not to standard, or by inexperienced hands.
- Weak specialist knowledge, so the technology is misconfigured.
- No delivery experience at all, or far too little.
